Arguments

x

An object of class comresp.

...

Currently not used.

category

A string indicating which object to print. Options are "all" for printing all objects, "summar" for printing the variance components and the likelihood ratio test (if lrt = TRUE in asr or asr_ma), "blup.main" (Default) for printing the DGE, IGE and TGV (the main effects if a multi-age model was fitted), and "blup.within" for printing the DGE, IGE and TGV within ages (if a multi-age model was fitted).

age

If category = 'blup.within', a string indicating if this object should be printed per age. Options are "all" for printing all ages, or the name of a specific age. Defaults to "all".
